The Enneagram (“ennea” is Greek for nine) is a clear map revealing nine distinct personality styles, the connections between them, and the direction for individual growth and transformation. The uniqueness of this personality system lies in its ability to clearly identify motivations beneath behaviors. It brings to consciousness “why we do what we do” and brings awareness to where our minds focus when we live life on automatic. As we deepen our self-awareness, we become less reactive, more curious and compassionate. Understanding the nine different filters and motivations allows us to be more patient with differing points of view, cultivate more curiosity and lessen our judging.

When we know more fully what makes us tick and how we unconsciously limit ourselves, we can move out of our own way and become more fully ourselves as well as more aware of our impact on others. During this workshop, participants will learn:

• an overview of the Enneagram
• the fears, filters, motivations and gifts of each type
• the core driver that ignites reactivity
• challenges & barriers to growth for each type

The cost of $175 (before January 4) includes workshop materials, snacks and Saturday lunch. After January 4 the cost is $200. It is not necessary to know your type before the workshop.

The Enneagram Weekend

A Nine Panels Workshop Weekend & the Instinctual Subtypes

January 11, 12 & 13 2019
Friday, 1:30-6:00 pm
Saturday, 9:00 am-5:00 pm
Sunday, 1:30-6:00 pm

Immerse yourself in this rich Enneagram system (“ennea” is Greek for nine) as we explore the nine distinct personality styles, their focus of attention, motivation, core avoidance and inherent strengths. The uniqueness of this personality system lies in its ability to clearly identify motivations beneath behaviors. It brings to consciousness “why we do what we do” and brings awareness to where we live life on automatic.

After learning the nine personality styles and how each takes the world in and processes, we’ll deepen our understanding as we explore the three distinct “release valves” for each type’s vice. These subtypes of self-preservation, social and one-to-one indicate where our neurotic grasping lies and how this behavior manifest itself for each type. Knowing both type and subtype brings greater understanding of self and other, leading to more compassion for all.  The cost of $235 (before January 4) includes workshop materials, snacks and Saturday lunch. After January 4 the cost is $265.
