This indepth Nine Panels event will explore the complexities and nuances of the Enneagram types and each type’s “internal processing system.” The Enneagram is a clear map revealing the patterns our consciousness relies on as we go on automatic. The uniqueness of this system lies in its ability to clearly identify motivations beneath behaviors, core fears and where we first place attention. As we deepen our self-awareness, we become less reactive, more curious and compassionate. The Enneagram is an “internal diversity system” allowing us to see others as they are to themselves rather than hrough our projections. Seeing others more real allows us to take things less personally and to expand our perspective. During this workshop, participants will learn:
• an overview of the Enneagram System
• the fears, filters, motivations and gifts of each type
• the core driver that ignites reactivity
• strengths and gifts that support growth for each type

Workshop facilitator Sandra Smith will weave self-reflection, type group discussion, dyad inquiry, and didactic. Cost for the workshop is $175 and includes Saturday lunch. It is not necessary to know your type before the workshop.
