Financial participation is also needed. Food costs for the month total approximately $7,500, with each meal thus costing about $2. Any gifts help offset these expenses and insure that we will stay in operation as long as we are needed. We gratefully receive donations of toiletries, linens, toys and children’s books and coats and warm clothes in the winter months. Residents appreciate the help in restocking their homes but just as much, they appreciate knowing that they are not forgotten.
